Q: Can I leave the campsite and come back later, to go to my car, house or hotel?
A: Yes, you can leave the campsite during the festival, but you will be checked each time you go back onto the terrain. Bringing food and drinks is only allowed when you first enter the campsite.

Q: Will I get the opportunity to take a shower?
A: Yes of course, showers are available at the campsite, and you can take a shower for unlimited time for one token.

Q: Is it possible to get to Defqon.1 Festival by train?
A: On Saturday June 25th, it’s NOT possible to get to Defqon.1 Festival by train, because of railway maintenance. For Defqon.1 Extended visitors arriving on Friday June 24th, traveling to Defqon.1 Festival is possible by train, you can go to train stations ‘t Harde or Lelystad. Shuttle bus services to and from Defqon.1 Festival are NOT available. More info about travelling by train can be found on

Q: Is it allowed to BBQ on the camp site?
A: Yes it is, but only with disposable barbecues and the smallest size of gas bottles.

Q: What should I do in case of burglary and/or theft?
A: On Saturday June 25th, during the festival there will be a police stand where you can report theft, burglary, etc. If you can’t wait until opening hours you have to go to a local police station. In case of emergency, call 112 for immediate assistance.

Q: Where can I file a complaint?
A: If you have a complaint you can file it at the nearest info stand.

Q: Can I pay for consumptions with cash?
A: No, you’ll have to pay with tokens. The camping store, however, will accept regular cash.

Q: Where can I get tokens to pay with?
A: There are several cash registers all over the terrain.

Q: Where can I buy tickets for Walibi Holland?
A: By showing your Extended bracelet at the info desks you can buy tickets at a reduced fare.

Q: Where can I get toys for use on the playground?
A: Toys are available at the camping store and at the market place near the sport fields.
