Hailing from The Netherlands, Chris Oberman was drawn to music from an early age on leading to the birth and existence of Jack of Sound.

Jack of Sound has been a well known name in the hardstyle scene for many years. Famous for his story telling tracks and hits such as Das Weite Land together with Alpha2 that had every crowd screaming along with the famous TU-TU! Who You’re F*cking With (with N-Vitral) 911, Kaylee’s Nightmare and other tracks known to be versatile, original, unique and boldly daring to be different.

Jack of Sound became a proud member of standard-defining hardstyle labels as Fusion Records, Scantraxx, Unleashed and Roughstate. Jack of Sound took over the speakers at events like Defqon 1., Defqon 1. The Gathering, Decibel Outdoor Festival, Dominator, Q-Base Mainstage, X-Qlusive Holland, Supremacy, Masters of Hardcore with over 400 shows in 14 different countries all over the globe.
