Where can I book my tickets for Q-dance events?
You can book tickets at Q-dance.com.

What's the maximum number of ticket I can buy per transaction?
Normally, you can buy 9 tickets per transaction. For events like Qlimax and Defqon.1, the maximum number tickets per transaction is 4. 

Attention! If you book more than the maximum number of tickets allowed, we can cancel your order. Your money will be transferred back to your bank account, without the fees and transaction costs. 

Will Q-dance.com still be available when many people are booking tickets at the same time?
Yes, Q-dance.com will stay available. Q-dance works with a virtual queue. In order to help with the demand for tickets, we will be utilizing a queueing system on the website. It will work by keeping track of your position in the queue. If you press F5 or refresh the browser page, you will automatically be put at the end of the line. So please don't refresh the page. 

Attention! This system is "first come, first served." Being placed in the queue doesn't guarantee that you will be able to by tickets. However, this is the fairest way.

The queue will start when the ticket sales start.

Will there be exclusive pre-registrations for events?
This differs among events, but for some events this will be the case. When this applies to you, you'll receive a message from Q-dance.

How can I pay for my tickets?
During the sale you can purchase your tickets with the following payment methods (please note that there are different costs involved for each payment method, you can see these costs in step 4 of the ordering process by clicking on the different types):

  • VISA

  • VISA Delta
  • Maestro

Is it safe to buy tickets at an online reseller?
It is never 100% safe to buy tickets from someone else. The most reliable websites to buy your ticket, besides our own website, are Viagogo and Ticketswap. Unfortunately we can't 100% guarantee that these tickets haven't been copied by the seller. 

I got an error message during the payment. What now?
If you get an error message during your payment, please click on the back button IN THE ORDER PROCESS (not on the browsers' the back button). You will then be able to try and pay for your tickets again. If you click the back button in your browser, your order will be canceled and it will take you to the back of the queue.

Can I buy tickets without a Paylogic account?
No, you need a Paylogic account in order to buy tickets for our events.
If you already have a Paylogic account, you can use this one. Please check your account details before the ticket sales start, to be sure your password and email address are correct. If you aren't sure whether you have a Paylogic account, you can check at: http://www.paylogic.nl/login. It is not possible to register for a new account in advance. However, you will be able to sign up during the purchase of your tickets.

I cannot use my Paylogic Account, what to do?
It can be possible that you forgot you password or that your password isn't valid anymore.
Please click "Forgot password" and you will receive a link where you can change your password.
When your account is unknown you will need to subscribe again.
