The Legendary Bracelet is provided to everyone in possession of a Defqon.1 Ticket. It serves as an entrance ticket and as a payment method during the event, and you are able to transfer money via the Defqon.1 app or on-site at the self-service station or at one of the top-up desks with staff. Premium ticket holders can use the bracelet to enter the Premium Decks.

Everyone in possession of a Defqon.1 Ticket will receive the Legendary Bracelet, both day visitors and weekend visitors. Only the main booker will receive all bracelets. Be aware of the fact the main booker is responsible for distributing the bracelets to their fellow Warriors.

We recommend not to wear the bracelet before Defqon.1. We understand you might be excited to put it on, but wearing it too early can increase the risk of damaging the RFID chip or getting it wet. To avoid any issues, keep it safe and dry until the event begins.

Your activated bracelet is your entrance. It’s all you need to enter Defqon.1. However, make sure you still have access to your valid e-ticket (on your phone or printed), as it may be required in case of any issues with your bracelet.

You will need the following:

• An activated bracelet
• A valid ID or passport.

Your bracelet must be scanned upon entry.

We advise not to shower with your bracelet or expose it to water and liquids. 

You can keep your bracelet as a souvenir of your Defqon.1 journey.

The forms are only being sent out to the main booker. This will happen in batches, so it might take a little longer before you receive yours. Keep an eye on your inbox. All forms will be sent out by the end of week 14 at the latest.

The shipping of your bracelet depends on when the complete order is personalized and when the main buyer has filled in the correct shipping address.

If your complete order is personalized before May 1st, your bracelet will be shipped before the Warming-up event on May 22nd.

If your complete order is personalized after that date, we will do our best to ship it before Defqon.1, but this cannot be guaranteed.

In case the bracelets are not shipped to your country, you will receive an email from us with instructions on where to pick up the bracelets at the festival site. This email will be sent once you have personalized your tickets and filled in your details.

Only the main booker of the order will receive the Legendary Bracelets linked to the order. Once the bracelets are shipped, they will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Access to Defqon.1 is only possible with a bracelet. All bracelets will be shipped to the main booker, so it’s important to make clear arrangements within your group on how to distribute before Defqon.1. Once your tickets are personalized, the main booker will receive the address form. The bracelets will be shipped once the address has been filled in. If your ticket was purchased through the Waiting List, your bracelet may be shipped later.

To activate your Legendary Bracelet:

• Scan the QR code inside the bracelet box.
• Complete the activation process on the website. 

Make sure to activate your bracelet in advance for a smooth entry. If it is not activated, you won’t be able to enter the festival.

You can pick up your bracelet at one of the Bracelet Pick-up Point. The counters can be found in front of the entrances, which can also be located on the floor plan.

Make sure to top up your bracelet first in the Defqon.1 app. When ordering, simply scan your bracelet at the counter. 

Yes, you can top up your bracelet with cash at the top-up desks with staff. Purchases can only be made with the bracelets during Defqon.1. 

Merchandise can still be purchased using cash or card. 

The exchange rate is calculated in Euros and depends on your payment provider.

The Waiting List gives you the opportunity to obtain sold-out tickets or sell your tickets for Defqon.1 2025 if you're no longer able to attend this edition. Due to the legendary bracelet shipping process, tickets for Defqon.1 2025 can only be bought or sold through the official Waiting List.

You can sell your tickets through the following steps: 

1. Open your confirmation email and go to 'Manage Order'.

2. Select your order, click on 'More Actions' and choose 'Sell'.

3. Select the tickets you want to sell and click 'Confirm'.

Once a match is made with someone on the Defqon.1 Waiting List who wants to take over your ticket(s), you will receive your purchase amount back (ex service fee) via the payment method chosen for your order.

Only the main booker of the ticket(s) can return tickets. Did you receive your ticket through a friend in your account? Then you will need to ask that friend to sell your ticket through the account used for the order.

Are you the main buyer but have you lost the confirmation email? If so, you can request it again using the button below.

No, the legendary bracelet cannot be sold and will be automatically deactivated. No further action is required. Please note that it is not possible to request a refund for the legendary bracelet (€12.50 per bracelet) when you sell your tickets.

Select your preferred sold-out ticket type via the Waiting List. Once it becomes available, you’ll receive an email. Be quick, because once notified, you’ll have 72 hours to complete your order. 

To increase your chances, submit a separate request for each ticket type you're interested in. For example, don’t combine a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ticket in one order. Instead, create a separate request for each. This way, each ticket type is treated individually, improving your chances of a match.

If your bracelet is lost, damaged, or stolen, please visit one of the Bracelet Information Points at the entrance. Our team will assist you there.

Bracelets cannot be blocked by yourself. If your bracelet is lost or stolen, please go to one of the Bracelet Information Points as soon as possible. Our team can assist you in blocking the bracelet and help you further.

Please keep in mind that any balance spent before the bracelet is blocked unfortunately cannot be recovered. Make sure to keep your bracelet safe at all times, as it is your own responsibility.

Yes, it will be possible to request a refund for the remaining balance on your bracelet. More information on how to do this will be shared closer to the event.
