What is the policy on drugs at Defqon.1?
The drugs policy at Defqon.1 is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of drugs are prohibited. This also includes weed and hash. If drugs are found, you will be handed over to the police.

Does being DEDIQATED guarantee my preferred tickets?
No, being a DEDIQATED Member does not guarantee your tickets. Please be aware that some items in the DEDIQATED Sale could sell out because we always reserve a selection for the General Sale. Being placed in the queue does not guarantee that you will be able to buy your preferred tickets.
What is included with a Weekend Ticket?
With a Defqon.1 Weekend Ticket, you'll get access to all 4 legendary days, allowing you to explore both the Holy Grounds and the Camping Grounds to the fullest. A Weekend Ticket always includes access to the Camping Grounds, including The Wasted Lands. All you need to do is bring your own tent.

Are there spread-payment options available?
Yes, we offer spread payment options for the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, Greece, Czech Republic, the USA and Australia.
Please be aware that Klarna has a maximum limit of €4,000 to process an order. If you can select Klarna as a payment option but your payment is still declined, we recommend contacting Klarna.

How can I sign up for the raffles?
You can sign up for raffles via the raffles page on the Defqon.1 website. Select a raffle, accept the terms, and register. You’ll receive a confirmation email after registering.
When will all the raffles be available?
Each month, new Defqon.1-themed raffles will be available.
Do I receive a confirmation after signing up for a raffle?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes.
Do I need to be a DEDIQATED Member to participate in a raffle?
Yes. Not a DEDIQATED Member yet? You can get your membership to participate in the raffles via q-dance.com.
