No, there are no tickets available, Defqon.1 is completely sold out. 

Where can I find my Defqon.1 2024 ticket? 

The main booker received an email from Paylogic to personalize your tickets. After personalizing, you’ll receive an e-mail to download your tickets. Click on this link in case you haven’t received your tickets after successfully personalizing them. Please note that only the main buyer will receive this e-mail.

You can use this link to personalize your tickets. Please note that only the main buyer will receive the tickets.

Can I upgrade my tickets to Premium or VIP? 

It’s not possible to upgrade your regular Defqon.1 tickets to Premium.

I’ve listed the wrong name on my ticket while personalizing, how can I change the name? 

You can change the name of the ticket(s) in your order through the Paylogic MyOrder page.

Please note that the new order will always be on the name of the main buyer of the original order. Also, the name change will be paid by the main buyer of the original order.

To change the name on your ticket, please follow these steps: 
1. Go to the MyOrder page via the 'Manage order' button in the confirmation mail 
2. Select 'Name Change' 
3. Fill in the email address of new attendee 
4. Proceed to check out (name change request is sent upon checkout completion) 
5. New attendee can personalize new ticket through the button in the invite email

Please be aware that there is a fee of 5,- to use the Name Change Tool.

Can I sell or buy tickets via Ticketswap? 

Yes, it is possible to sell or buy your tickets on Ticketswap. We do not recommend buying your tickets on any other platforms aside from our website or Ticketswap. Q-dance is not responsible for buying fake or second-hand tickets. Please note that it’s not possible to sell your Premium tickets via Ticketswap. All the main bookers have received an email about this, but you can also find more information about selling your Premium tickets via this page.
