By booking a Travel & Stay Package you upgraded your Defqon.1 experience, guaranteeing you a carefree weekend. Most Travel & Stay Packages for Defqon.1 Weekend Festival 2024 are sold out, but some accommodations might still be available. Check out our ticket shop for the final Travel & Stay Packages.

What documents do I need to bring? 

Make sure to bring your personalized entrance tickets, your accommodation voucher (digital or printed) and (if applicable) your transfer voucher. You need an ID, passport, or driver's license to check in at your accommodation. Please, be aware that only the main booker of the Travel Package can check in at the accommodation. Are you, as the main booker, unable to be the first one to arrive? It's possible to change the name of the main booker until the 1st of June 2024. Accommodation changes will be handled per request. Please send an e-mail to travel@q-dance.com before the 1st of June 2024 if you'd like to make a change to your reservation. A charge of €32,50 administration fee will apply. 

 

Can I change my booking? 

It's possible to change your booking until the 1st of June 2024 as long as we have availability. Accommodation changes or upgrades will be handled per request. Please send an e-mail to travel@q-dance.com before the 1st of June 2024 if you'd like to make a change to your reservation. A charge of €32,50 administration fee will apply. 

 

Check in/check out accommodations 

The main booker must check in with the accommodation voucher. Their name can be found on the voucher. Download it by clicking on the download button in your Travel & Stay confirmation email. 

 

Check in and check out are available 24/7 starting Thursday 12:00 until Monday 12:00. 

 

Deposit 

For several accommodations, a deposit must be paid online in advance. If this applies to your booked accommodation, you will receive a separate email approximately 3 weeks before Defqon.1 2024. Please keep an eye on your spam as well! The check-in can only proceed after the deposit has been fully paid. Please be aware it's not possible to pay for the deposit on site, so make sure to pay on time. 

 

DEFQON.1 CAMPING 

Check in and check out locations 

After entering the Defqon.1 Camping Grounds, please follow the signs to ‘The Sanctuary’ or ‘The Highlands’. You will find digital signing to direct you to the different camping fields. 

 

Check in and check out are available 24/7 starting Thursday 12:00 until Monday 12:00.

DEFQON.1 CAMPING ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION 

 

The Highlands (SOLD OUT) 

The Highlands Campground is an area on our Holy Ground that brings a unique experience to your Defqon.1 weekend. Pre-set up accommodations at a premium location on our grounds. Such as; The Boss, Tipi tents and The Pampus for four Warriors. We also offer The Defqon.1 Tent and The Pyramid Tent, which become yours to keep! 

Some the accommodations have electricity included; the electricity comes with a power strip with a combined maximum of 250 Watt.

The Sanctuary (SOLD OUT) 

Go for it all and stay at our Sanctuary, the most luxurious area at Defqon.1! The Sanctuary brings your weekend to a new level. Combine your stay at the Holy Grounds with a five-star experience.

• Free access to the luxurious sanitary facilities and power outlets for hairstyle devices

Each accommodation at The Sanctuary Campground comes with electricity, so you never have to worry about running out of energy. 

 

The Warrior Meal 

We bring you a full BBQ-experience to start off your 4 days of madness; The Warrior Meal. The Warrior Meal will take place on Thursday, June 27th from 14:30 – 17:30 and will be a shared dining feast. The perfect preparation for The Gathering (which begins at 18.00). 

  

The Warrior Meal is an exclusive meal for Sanctuary guests. It must be ordered in advance and cannot be ordered on site, so make sure you add the Warrior Meal to your current order in the Defqon.1 shop. Reservations are subject to availability, there are only a view spots left. 

 

Pick-up Package (SOLD OUT) 

For the Weekend Warriors who don’t like to bring a tent, we offer the limited edition 2-person Defqon.1 2024 pop-up tent. This tent has the new 2024 artwork and is an icon on our campgrounds, go for the ultimate experience and treat yourself with the Defqon.1 Sleeping Package, camping has never been easier.  
 
You can pick up your camping gear at one of the Pick-up Points at the Defqon.1 campgrounds.

Cottages & Apartments 

Prefer to rave during the day and relax with your friends by night? Check out the Defqon.1 cottages and apartments, which are located at one of the holiday parks close to the Holy Grounds.

All Warriors need a good night of sleep after a long day of raving at the Holy Grounds. We’ve got you covered with one of our dedicated Defqon.1 hotels, which are located closest to Defqon.1 and include a Defqon.1 Welcome goodie.  
 
All the hotels are available in combination with both a day-or weekend ticket, and always includes a Saturday transfer to and from the festival site so no need to worry about who\'s going to be the designated driver and access through the special bus entrance at Defqon.1. Combine your Defqon.1 weekend with a city trip to Amsterdam and discover the beautiful capital of the Netherlands. 
 
All the hotels are available in combination with both a day- or weekend ticket and always include a Saturday transfer to and from the festival site. So no need to worry about who’s going to be the designated driver.

The Friends Camp (SOLD OUT) 

Gather your tribe and find out about our new Friends Camp options! Claim your basic, regular or deluxe Friends Camp and enjoy a full Defqon.1 Weekend with all your friends. The Friends Camp is a reserved area for your travel party. Please be aware that tents are not included in The Friends Camp package. Check in at The Friends Camp check-in desk. 

You will recognize your reserved camping area by the signs of your Friends Camp name or main booker’s name. 

 

Be aware it is not possible to add electricity to your Friends Camp booking. 
 
A Friends Camp is available from 10 to 50 persons. 

 

Breakfast on The Highlands & The Sanctuary 

In addition to our restaurant, we also offer a pre-order breakfast box. Enjoy a topnotch breakfast in your accommodation or find a place where you can start your day. Order your breakfast box in the Defqon.1 shop and collect it at the Grab & Go pick-up point. Breakfast boxes are subject to availability and are almost sold out. There also is a vegan breakfast box option available. 

 

Grab & Go on The Sanctuary & The Highlands 

At The Sanctuary and The Highlands we have fresh food, coffees and a variety of drinks for you to enjoy. 

 

Bus Camp 

The Bus Camp is a reserved area for your organized bus tours. Each Bus Camp has its own check-in desk. 

 

Hotels & Resorts 

Check in and check out times and procedures at the hotels and resorts can be found on your accommodation voucher. You can download your accommodation voucher by clicking on the download button in your Travel & Stay confirmation email. Two weeks prior to Defqon.1, you will receive the exact transfer times per e-mail. Please keep an eye on your spam inbox as well.  

  

Each hotel package includes a return transfer on Saturday per person. The other days are not included in the package, these transfers can be purchased separately. Please download your transfer voucher prior to check-in. The Saturday transfer is shown on your transfer voucher, the extra transfers are shown under items on your transfer voucher. 

Please keep in mind that there are fixed transfer times, if you don't make it on time to the transfer bus, Q-dance Travel cannot arrange any substitute transportation or provide refunds. When leaving Defqon.1, please follow the ‘Bus Exit’ sign to find your bus again.  

  

Each park package includes a daily shuttle bus to and from Defqon.1 for each person. The shuttle will run at scheduled times. Please be aware that transfers could have a delay due to traffic.  

Please download your transfer voucher before checking in at the reception, you will need this to receive the wristband needed for the shuttle bus. When leaving Defqon.1, please follow the ‘Bus Exit’ sign to find your bus again.

(Private) Airport transfers

Organized transfer 

Did you purchase an organized bus transfer from Utrecht Central Station, Amsterdam Central Station or Schiphol Airport in your Travel Package? You will receive a bus ticket to enter your transfer. Prior to Defqon.1, you will receive an email with the exact pick-up location. When leaving Defqon.1, please follow the ‘Bus Exit’ sign to find your bus again.
