When we started the DEDIQATED membership and Network, our main focus was to create new and exciting content. It came at a time when the world was in a bit of a confusing place, and everyone was living online. Thankfully, we are now at a point where we can unite once again and create amazing memories together, rather than having to spend the majority of our time online, searching for a connection with our tribe. 

Many co-creation panels and surveys all led to the same conclusion: content wasn’t really the most important part of the DEDIQATED Membership anymore. We found out that our DEDIQATED Members preferred adding value to the experience of our events and having other year-round perks. So, we listened to what our Warriors had to say and decided to take the DEDIQATED Membership in a new direction. 

After some years of dropping content almost exclusively on the Network, we’ve decided that it’s time to show the world what Defqon.1 is really about. We want to showcase all the best livesets from various areas for all Warriors near and far to enjoy, even if they have never set foot on the Holy Grounds before. 

Every set currently available on Q-dance Network will be uploaded to the Q-dance YouTube channel at the start of 2025, and we will also upload the audio sets of Defqon.1 to our new SoundCloud channel.

There are two ways to cancel your membership: 

1. In the Q-dance app: On the home screen, click on your avatar in the top left. Select “Membership” and “Delete” to stop your membership. 
2. On the Q-dance website: On the home page, click on “My Membership” in the index on the left and click on “Delete” to stop your membership. 

Please make sure that you have a Q-dance account and have logged in prior to purchasing the membership. If you issue still haven't been resolved, please send us an e-mail at info@q-dance.com for customer support. 

Since December 2, 2024, the DEDIQATED Membership has been offered at a lower price. Only an annual membership for €34.99 is available via the website. This means that the monthly membership is no longer available, and you'll only be able to subscribe to an annual membership.

This means that all monthly memberships will expire on their current expiration date. Existing DEDIQATED Members with a monthly subscription will not have their subscriptions automatically renewed. Your current expiration date will remain in effect until it passes, after which you can switch to the new, better-priced annual option at the website

We’re sorry you are experiencing problems with your Dediqated membership. If the issue hasn’t been solved, please try the following options: 

• Please make sure you are using the same account/e-mail address you purchased your membership with 
• Update the app to the latest version 
• Sign in and out 
• If the above didn't solve the issue, please try the following: 
• For Android: clear your cache (Apps -> Q-dance -> Storage -> Clear data) 
• For IOS: delete the app, then download again 

To make sure you are signed in, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner. When scrolling down you will see your membership status. If it says “Dediqated”, your login is successful.  

Because you’re DEDIQATED and you pay upfront, you still have the right to all the DEDIQATED privileges for the term you paid for. However, if we delete your Q-dance account, you can use these anymore. That’s why we need your approval via our Customer Support, to make sure you understand the consequences and accept that fact you lose your remaining access to the DEDIQATED privileges. 

This is not possible. Please cancel your current membership and buy a new membership when your current one expires.  

Raffles are exclusive giveaway contests for DEDIQATED Members. With raffles, we offer unique experiences for our fans. Members have the opportunity to win prizes such as limited-edition merchandise, backstage tours, meet-and-greets with artists, and more.

You can sign up for raffles via the raffles page on the Defqon.1 website. Select a raffle, accept the terms, and register. You’ll receive a confirmation email after registering. 

Each month , new Defqon.1-themed raffles will be available. During the Warming-up in May, the Defqon.1 2025 raffles will go live, where you can win exclusive experiences that will enhance your festival journey.

For the first time in Defqon.1 history, we are proud to introduce the Defqon.1 Magazine. This magazine is a must-have collector's item for every Weekend Warrior. It will be packed with exclusive content about Defqon.1, insights into the new edition, artist interviews, merchandise collections, and more!

All DEDIQATED members will receive two editions per year. The first edition will be in April: The Release edition and the second will be around September: The Aftermath edition. For each magazine, we will inform you about the expected delivery date.
