By booking a Travel & Stay package you upgraded your Defqon.1 experience, guaranteeing you of a carefree weekend. Most Travel & Stay packages for Defqon.1 Weekend Festival 2023 are sold out, but some accommodations might still be available. Check out our Ticket Shop for the final travel & stay packages.

What documents do I need to bring?

Make sure to bring your personalized entrance tickets, your accommodation voucher (digital or printed) and (if applicable) your transfer voucher. You need an ID, passport, or drivers license to check in at your accommodation.

Can I change my booking?

No, it's not possible to change your booking after June, 1st.

Check-in/Check-out accommodations

The main booker must check-in with the accommodation voucher. Their name can be found on the voucher. Download it by clicking on the download button in your Travel & Stay confirmation email.

Deposit

For several accommodations, a deposit must be paid online in advance. If this applies to your booked accommodation, you will receive a separate email approximately 3 weeks before Defqon.1 2023. Please keep an eye on your spam as well! The check-in can only proceed after the deposit has been fully paid. Please be aware it's not possible to pay for the deposit on-site, so make sure to pay on time.

DEFQON. 1 CAMPING:

Check-in and Check-out locations

After entering the Defqon.1 Camping Grounds, please follow the signs to “Q-dance Travel”. You will find digital signing to direct you to the different camping fields.

The Sanctuary Camping is located at Campsite 2. All other pre-setup tents are located at The Highlands at the campsite. Friends Camps and Bus Camps are located at Campsite 4. Check-in and check-out is available 24/7 starting Thursday 12:00

DEFQON.1 CAMPING ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

Pick up tent: Defqon.1 2023.

Your pick-up Defqon.1 tent will be ready for you to be picked up at one of our Pick-up Points. Please note that the pick-up Defqon.1 tent does not automatically include a sleeping package, these are unfortunately sold out. You can find a Pick-up Point for your Defqon.1 2023 tent and booked sleeping package at three locations:

Pre-set up Defqon. 1 tent

The pre-setup tent is the Defqon.1 tent or Defqon.1 Pyramid which is all set up before your arrival! You will receive a Defqon.1 sleeping package including a 2 person air bed, 2 sleeping bags and a lantern. A bag for your tent is also included to make sure you can take it home after Defqon.1! Check-in can be found at the Highlands.

Sanctuary Restaurant

We’ve got something very special for Weekend Warriors staying at the Sanctuary: The Sanctuary Restaurant. This restaurant provides you with a delicious experience during breakfast, lunch as well as an amazing menu for dinner. In addition to a delicious meal, you can enjoy delicious wines by the glass, a perfectly tapped beer or a tropical cocktail.

Make a reservation in advance to ensure your table during Defqon.1. You can do so through this link. On-site reservations can also be made at the Sanctuary entrance tent or at the restaurant itself.

This year we bring you a full dining experience to start-off your 4-days of madness, the Warrior Meal. The Warrior Meal will take place on Thursday, June 22 from 02:30 PM – 05:30 PM and will be a shared dining feast. The perfect preparation for The Gathering (which begins at 06:00 PM).

The Warrior Meal must be ordered in advance and cannot be ordered onsite. So, make sure you make your reservation here!

In addition to our restaurant, we also offer a pre-order breakfast box. Enjoy a topnotch breakfast in your accommodation or find a place where you can start your day. Order your breakfast box in the Add-on shop and get it at the pick-up point located at the Sanctuary.

Breakfast box

To make your life as easy as possible we offer you the brand-new DEFQON.1 BREAKFAST BOX, the Kickstarter of your day. This has the essentials you need in the morning!

This is a service that can only be bought in advance, so hurry to the Add-on shop and add your 3-day BREAKFAST BOX. You can pick up your box on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the pick-up point located at the Highlands.

FRIENDS CAMP & BUS CAMP (CAMPSITE 4)

Friends Camp

Friends Camp is a reserved area for your travel party. Please be aware that tents are not included in the Friends Camp package. Please check-in at the Friends & Bus Camp Check-in Desk at Campsite 4. You will recognize your reserved camping area by the signs of your Friends Camp name or main booker’s name.

Bus Camp

Bus Camp is a reserved area for your organized bus tours. Check-in is located at campsite 4. Each bus camp has its own check-in desk.

HOTELS & RESORTS

Check-in and check-out times and procedures at the hotels and resorts can be found on your accomodation voucher. Keep reading if you want to find the information here. You can download your accommodation voucher by clicking on the download button in your Travel & Stay confirmation email. Two weeks prior to Defqon.1, you will receive the exact transfer times per e-mail. Please keep an eye on your spam inbox as well.

Resorts

Landal Waterparc Veluwemeer – Cottage, Apartment or Bungalow

Make sure to go to Landal Waterparc Veluwemeer in order to check-in. The address is: Leuvenumse Beek 1, 8256 TB Biddinghuizen. Read the booking confirmation carefully, so you know which documents to bring.

Free parking is available at the resort.

Each parc package includes a daily shuttle bus from and to Defqon.1 for each person. The shuttle bus will run once per hour.
Please download your transfer voucher before checking in at the reception, you will need this to receive the needed wristband for the shuttle bus. After Defqon.1 please follow the ‘Bus Exit’ sign to find your bus again.

Molecaten park Flevostrand – Cabin, Mobile home, Chalet, of Safaritent

Make sure to go to Molecaten Park Flevostrand in order to check-in. The address is: Strandweg 1, 8256 RZ Biddinghuizen.

Free parking is available at the resort.

Each parc package includes a daily shuttle bus from and to Defqon.1 for each person. The shuttle bus will run on scheduled times.

Please download your transfer voucher before checking in at the reception, you will need this to receive the needed wristband for the shuttle bus. After Defqon.1 please follow the ‘Bus Exit’ sign to find your bus again.

Hotels

Please read the confirmation of your booking carefully to know what you need to bring to your accommodation!

Each hotel package includes a return transfer on Saturday per person. The other days are not included in the package, these transfers can be purchased separately. Please download your transfer voucher prior to check-in. The Saturday transfer is shown on your transfer voucher, the extra transfers are shown under items on your transfer voucher.
You will receive the transfer times 2 weeks prior to Defqon.1 by email, please check your spam inbox and read the transfer email carefully. Please keep in mind that there are fixed transfer times, if you don't make it on time to the transfer bus, Q-dance Travel cannot arrange any substitute transportation or provide refunds. After Defqon.1 please follow the ‘Bus Exit’ sign to find your bus again.
