Join the tribe and get your Defqon.1 gear at the official merchandise stands or online at the Defqon.1 Festival Store. We have a wide range of items, including caps, T-shirts, sunglasses, and hoodies, catering to all the needs of a true Weekend Warrior.

 

There are a total of six merchandise stands available - five situated at the festival site and one on the campsite. Merchandise can only be purchased with cash or card. The bracelet will not be available for merchandise purchases.

 

Merchandise Click & Collect (pick-up is possible from Thursday June 26th) 

We understand waiting in Merchandise Store queues can be inconvenient during the festival. To enhance your experience, a dedicated Click & Collect online store will be available in the Defqon.1-app. The Click & Collect online store is already live. Click here. 

Home delivery will be available until June 12th 23:59 CEST.

All orders after this date, will be ready for pickup at Defqon.1

 

How does it work? 

With the Click & Collect service, you can easily place an order from anywhere at the Holy Grounds. You can check the availability of items in our stock, preventing you from an unnecessary walk and optimizing your party time.

When you're ready, you can easily collect your order at the dedicated pick-up entrance located at the grand merchandise store. Don't miss out on this stand, as it showcases our most amazing collection.

 

Sunday Funday outfit 

What’s a Sunday Funday without a colorful outfit? Make sure you're fully prepared to immerse yourself in the world of madness during the craziest day of Defqon.1 and wear your favorite items to the Festival Grounds. Still need some inspiration? Opening hours and locations

These stands are labeled as M1 to M6, which is also indicated on the map with a T-shirt logo and the number of the stand. While the festival stands are spread out across the terrain, M1 offers the complete Defqon.1 collection. The smaller stands have just a selection of items.

When can I pick up my click and collect order?

Once you’ve received your order confirmation, you can pick-up your order at the main merchandise stand during the opening hours. Please bring the PDF generated via the link in the email with the subject “Your Defqon.1 Merchandise Pick-Up Link” when collecting your order.

 

What if I don’t pick up my merchandise order?

All orders can be picked up until 21:00 CET on Sunday at the big Merchandise stand (M1). After that, all unclaimed orders will be refunded.

 

Can someone else pick up my merchandise order?

No. Only the person mentioned on the order details can pick up the order by showing their order confirmation email.

 

Can I fit the products at the event?

There are no changing rooms, but items can be fitted and exchanged at the stand.

 

Which payment method do you accept at the Defqon.1 merchandise stands?

We accept cash and all card payments. We prefer payment by card.

 

My item doesn't fit or is faulty, how do I return an item?

You can return your merchandise order at the service counter at the main merchandise stand at Defqon.1. Returns are only accepted at Defqon.1 until 20:00 CEST on Sunday. Please be aware that purchases made at Defqon.1 can only be returned on-site. Click & Collect items can be returned after the festival as long as they comply to the legal online shop conditions which can be found in the merchandise shop. 

 

I want to change my current online order to a Click & Collect order. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, no. After your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping method. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
