Where can I find my Defqon.1 2025 ticket?
The main buyer received an email from Paylogic to personalize your tickets. After personalizing, you’ll receive an e-mail to download your tickets. Click on the following link in case you haven’t received your tickets after successfully personalizing them. Please note that only the main buyer will receive this email.
Can I upgrade my tickets to Premium?
It’s not possible to upgrade regular Defqon.1 tickets to Premium. Only Premium tickets give access to Premium areas. However, you can purchase an upgrade for the Exclusive RED Experience Deck using this link.
Can I sell my ticket(s)?

Once a match is made with someone on the Defqon.1 Waiting List who wants to take over your ticket(s), you will receive your purchase amount back (ex service fee & bracelet fee) via the payment method chosen for your order.
Only the main booker of the ticket(s) can return tickets. Did you receive your ticket through a friend in your account? Then you will need to ask that friend to sell your ticket through the account used for the order. Are you the main buyer but have you lost the confirmation email? What’s The Waiting List?
The Waiting List gives you the opportunity to obtain sold-out tickets or sell your tickets for Defqon.1 2025 if you're no longer able to attend. Please note: Due to the legendary bracelet shipping process, you can join the Waiting List for Defqon.1 until June 1st, 2025.
How can I sell a ticket?
You can sell your tickets through the following steps:
Once a match is made with someone on the Defqon.1 Waiting List who wants to take over your ticket(s), you will receive your purchase amount back (ex service fee & bracelet fee) via the payment method chosen for your order.

Can I sell my bracelet?
No, the legendary bracelet cannot be sold and will be automatically deactivated. No further action is required. Please note that it is not possible to request a refund for the legendary bracelet (€12,50 per bracelet) when you sell your tickets.
How do I receive my bracelet after purchasing a ticket through the Waiting List?
First, you need to personalize your ticket and complete the address form. Make sure to do this before June 1st if you want your bracelet to be shipped.
If you haven’t personalized your ticket in time or didn’t fill in your address form, you can pick up your bracelet at one of the bracelet pick-up points at the entrance.
How do I buy a ticket via the Waiting List?
Select your preferred sold-out ticket type via the Waiting List. Once it becomes available, you’ll receive an email. Be quick, because once notified, you’ll have 72 hours to complete your order.
To increase your chances, submit a separate request for each ticket type you're interested in. For example, don’t combine a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ticket in one order. Instead, create a separate request for each. This way, each ticket type is treated individually, improving your chances of a match.

Can I also buy or sell add-ons through the Waiting List?
It's not possible to sell add-ons such as parking cards or shuttle bus tickets via the Waiting List. Selling add-ons is only possible via TicketSwap.
Does the Waiting list guarantee me tickets?
No, the Waiting List doesn’t guarantee you tickets. You can submit to the Waiting List for free, but be aware that it doesn't guarantee you tickets. First come, first served so don't wait too long!
Do I already have to pay my order when I submit myself to the Waiting List?
No. You can subscribe to the Waiting List for free. You will receive an email when the tickets of your preference will become available again. From this moment, you will have 72 hours to complete (and pay) your order.
Do I receive a confirmation email after I submit myself to the Waiting List?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after you submit yourself to the Waiting List. Please also check your spam inbox, the email could end up in there.
