Are there still tickets available?

Defqon.1 is completely sold out, and the official Waiting List has closed since June 1st due to the bracelet shipping process.

We understand this may be disappointing. The only remaining possibility to attend is if someone you know is no longer able to go and offers their ticket to you.

If you bought a ticket from the Waiting List before June 1st, all tickets have been personalized, the main buyer confirmed the address before the deadline, and your country is within our shipping region, your bracelets are currently being shipped.

If you didn’t complete these steps before the June 1st deadline, we won’t be able to ship your bracelets in time. You can collect them at Defqon.1 and will receive an email with pickup instructions.

Where can I find my Defqon.1 2025 ticket?

The main buyer received an email from Paylogic to personalize your tickets. After personalizing, you’ll receive an e-mail to download your tickets. Click on the following link in case you haven’t received your tickets after successfully personalizing them. Please note that only the main buyer will receive this email. 

 

I want to sell my ticket. Is that still possible?

We’re sorry to hear that you can no longer attend Defqon.1. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly.

When purchasing a ticket from us, the sale is considered final. However, to offer more flexibility, we provided a secure resale option via the Waiting List until June 1. In addition, tickets could be transferred to another person (including a name change) up until June 23. These options were clearly communicated on our website and social media channels.

As an organization, we do not support unofficial resale, but we do try to facilitate safe ticket transfers to prevent issues at the entrance. That’s why we also offer Booking Protect during checkout, which helps cover unforeseen circumstances.

 

Can I enter Defqon.1 with a bracelet  registered under someone else's name?

 We want to avoid any disappointment at the entrance at all times. The risk of issues is highest when tickets are obtained through unauthorized resellers. If your bracelet is not registered under the correct name, Q-dance reserves the right to deny access upon verification.

 

Can tickets still be resold?

Tickets can no longer be changed to a different name, which is why we strongly discourage resale. We want to avoid any disappointment at the entrance, and the risk is highest when tickets are obtained through unofficial channels. If your bracelet is not registered under the correct name, Q-dance reserves the right to deny access upon verification.

 If I buy a bracelet from someone who hasn’t registered it yet, can I still register it in my own name?

Yes, an unregistered bracelet can still be linked to a different person. You can connect it to your account via the activation portal. Make sure that the original owner unlinks the bracelet from their account before you do so.

 

Can I upgrade my tickets to Premium?

It’s not possible to upgrade regular Defqon.1 tickets to Premium. Only Premium tickets give access to Premium areas. However, you can purchase an upgrade for the Exclusive RED Experience Deck using this link.

 

Can I sell my ticket(s)?

Since June 1st it is not possible to sell your ticket through the Waiting List anymore.

  

Can I buy a ticket from the Waiting List? 

No, the Waiting List has been closed since June 1st due to the bracelet shipping process.

 

Can I sell my bracelet?

No, the legendary bracelet cannot be sold and will be automatically deactivated. No further action is required. Please note that it is not possible to request a refund for the legendary bracelet (€12,50 per bracelet) when you sell your tickets.

How do I receive my bracelet after purchasing a ticket through the Waiting List?
